Technic motorcycles are a weird category: too complex for casual play, rarely detailed enough for serious display. The BMW R 1200 GS Adventure lands somewhere in the middle and wins at neither. The build clocks in at a decent stretch — gears, suspension, engine detailing — so there's something to chew on while it's on the table. But once it's done, the model sits small, looks sparse, and doesn't fill a shelf the way a Technic flagship should. At $59.99 it was priced like a premium set without delivering premium results.
