The Full Take
The telehandler is a real machine with a genuinely interesting mechanical concept — extending boom, rotating cab, functional outriggers — but LEGO®'s execution here is thin for the money. At 260 pieces, the build wraps up fast, and the finished model sits on a shelf looking more skeletal than complete. The build experience has some Technic charm, particularly the boom extension, but there's nothing here that hasn't been done better elsewhere in the theme. An F on price fairness is the loudest signal: $39.99 for this little was hard to defend at launch and harder to defend now. The value floor of 2.2 reflects a set that just never had enough going for it to build a loyal audience. If you're a Technic completionist, fine — everyone else has better options in the catalog.
