Is the price fair?FA hundred dollars for a mid-sized mall is a tough sell — the price tag outpaces what's in the box.
Will you love it?B-Kids who live in the Friends universe will get real mileage out of this — six minifigs and multiple shops keep the story going.
Holds its value?C-This one's cooling off on the secondary market; don't expect it to climb.

The Full Take
Heartlake City Shopping Mall is the kind of set that gets kids excited the moment they see the box — a multi-story mall with six minifigs, shops to explore, and enough Friends energy to feel complete. The build itself is respectable: three floors of storefronts, a food court vibe, and enough interior detail to reward play. But LEGO® priced this one like the IP alone carries the day, and at $99.99 for 1032 pieces it struggles to justify itself against the competition. Display-wise it's decent but not a showstopper — more functional than beautiful. Retired sets in this range haven't been lighting up the secondary market either, so it lands squarely in the 'buy because you love it' camp rather than any other reason.
