A double-decker London Bus with zero minifigs and a $19.99 ask — LEGO® gave you the icon, stripped the soul, and called it even.
The parts alone are worth about 97% of the street price — the basis for this C+ price read.
FairParts are worth about 97% of the price — close to what the set is worth.
The London Bus is one of the most recognizable vehicles on earth, and LEGO® knows it. That brand recognition does a lot of heavy lifting here, because the set itself doesn't. At 245 pieces and no minifigs, it lands as a mid-sized desk piece that's fine but forgettable — the kind of thing that looks better in photos than on a shelf. The D+ on price isn't a surprise when you hold the box and feel the size of what you're getting. Creator sets in this range usually bring more play or more build to justify the cost; this one splits the difference and wins at neither. If the red is calling your name, the nostalgia might be enough — but for most buyers, this is a pass.
