A tiny Greek taverna with no minifigs to seat at it — charming enough on a shelf, but the price tag asks a lot for what's essentially a vignette you'd expect to cost half as much.
Is the price fair?DPromotional markup on a vignette-sized set with no minifigs is a hard ask.
Will you love it?C+Cute build, charming vibes, but done in an afternoon with nothing to pose inside it.
Holds its value?C-Promotional sets with weak secondary demand — this one won't age into value.

The Full Take
The Greece entry in LEGO®'s Restaurants of the World series nails the aesthetic — whitewashed walls, blue trim, a little terrace with Mediterranean soul. But 254 pieces and zero minifigs for this price is a tough sell when the whole concept begs for a tourist or a waiter to make it feel alive. The build itself is compact and pleasant, the kind of afternoon project that ends faster than you'd like. Display-wise it sits nicely in the series, but on its own it reads more like a branded gift-shop impulse buy than a considered set. Promotional pricing structures rarely favor the buyer, and this one follows the pattern. The love is there in the concept; the execution just doesn't justify what LEGO®'s asking.
