The Type-15 Shuttlepod is a solid little ship that earns its spot on any Trek shelf — compact, recognizable, and faithful enough to the source material to make fans smile. The problem is $50 for 261 pieces in a polybag-adjacent format that most brands would call an impulse buy. LEGO® is leaning hard on the Star Trek license here, and the premium is steep enough to sting even devoted fans. The single minifig is fine, but one crew member in a set themed around a two-person craft feels like a quiet shortchange.
