A ferris wheel with fireworks sounds like peak summer — but 230 pieces and zero minifigs make this feel more like a promotional filler than a proper set. Fair price for what it is, though 'what it is' won't blow anyone away.
Is the price fair?A+Fair for a promotional set — not a steal, but you're not getting taken either.
Will you love it?D+Cute concept, thin execution — the novelty wears off faster than the fireworks.
Holds its value?CDon't count on much movement here; promotional sets without strong IP tend to fade quietly.

The Full Take
The concept has charm: a spinning ferris wheel, fireworks, the kind of breezy celebration energy that looks good on a summer display. But 230 pieces with no minifigs means this set has to carry itself on build quality alone — and it's not quite up to that task. The fireworks detailing is a nice touch, and the color palette keeps things festive, but it stops short of feeling complete in any meaningful way. For a Celebration Series entry it lands as more of a novelty than a centerpiece. Fairly priced, so you won't feel robbed, but you might feel a little underwhelmed once it's on the shelf.
