The build leans into City's modular streetscape DNA — it's clearly designed to line up with other sets, and it does that job well. 110 pieces for a street-corner scene this tight is a flex in efficiency, not a compromise. The price point makes it an easy impulse grab, and it's the kind of set that fills a gap in a City layout without demanding shelf real estate you don't have. The downside is that the build itself is brief — you're not here for the journey, you're here for what ends up on the shelf. Resale history on small City sets like this is flat, so this is purely a buy-to-enjoy play. But enjoyed it will be.
