Four minifigs for $12.99 sounds fine until you realize there's almost no set here — this is a character pack wearing a price tag that doesn't match the occasion.
Is the price fair?D+Minifig-pack pricing on a minifig pack — except LEGO® forgot to discount it accordingly.
Will you love it?BIf you're a Ninjago fan chasing Golden Zane, the love is real — just don't expect much beyond the characters.
Holds its value?C-Modest secondary market interest; Ninjago accessories sets don't tend to move the needle post-retirement.

The Full Take
Golden Zane is a fan-favorite form, and four minifigs in one small box has obvious appeal for Ninjago collectors who missed the character across multiple wave sets. The problem is $12.99 for 73 pieces is a tough sell when the 'build' barely registers — a few weapon racks and display stands don't constitute a real set. What you're paying for is the minifig access, and that's fine if you know going in. The golden variant is genuinely cool, and kids who are deep in the Ninjago lore will care a lot. But buyers expecting a full build experience will walk away flat. As a character collector's pickup it earns its spot; as a general recommendation, the price-to-substance ratio is hard to defend.
