A promotional polybag dressed up as a set — the City hero theme is charming enough, but 85 pieces and one minifig don't add up to much no matter how you slice it.
Is the price fair?B-Fairly priced for what it is — a polybag, not a set.
Will you love it?CInoffensive but forgettable; the concept outshines the execution.
Holds its value?C-One of the flattest value curves you'll find — don't even think about it.

The Full Take
Become My City Hero is exactly what it looks like: a small promotional polybag built around a feel-good civic theme. The build is quick, the parts are basic, and the single minifig is the only personality in the box. There's a certain warmth to the City hero concept — firefighters, police, that whole world — but this set barely scratches the surface of it. At its price point it's not a bad grab, though you're not walking away with anything memorable. The F on value retention says it plainly: this one was made to be opened, not held.
