City Police Mission Packs were never meant to anchor a collection — they were the bonus you grabbed at checkout, the stocking stuffer, the 'sure, toss it in' buy. At 58 pieces and one minifig, there's a small motorcycle build or barrier setup here that'll take a kid fifteen minutes and a collector zero shelf space to store. The build is functional, not inspired. There's no standout technique, no rare part, no fig that makes you double-take. What you get is competent and forgettable in equal measure — a C- that lands exactly where you'd expect a promotional polybag to land. The one honest upside: it's a complete little City scene that does its job without pretending to be more than it is.
