Employee exclusives occupy a weird shelf in any collection: they weren't sold, so they can't be evaluated like retail sets, yet here sits the Temple of Celebrations with 1,312 pieces and twelve minifigs packed in like LEGO® meant business. The minifig haul alone scores near-perfect — that density is almost unheard of in a single release. The build itself is a solid B, temple architecture that reads well and holds together visually without breaking new ground in technique. As a Ninjago celebration piece it hits the right notes: recognizable, festive, substantial. The one honest caveat is the aftermarket — a D+ appreciation score means this isn't quietly becoming a grail, which surprises some people who assume exclusives automatically climb.
