The build is nonexistent, but the design thinking behind it is sharp — using the stud grid as a Braille matrix is a genuinely clever structural insight.
Is the price fair?A+Free or heavily subsidized through educational programs — effectively unbeatable on price.
Will you love it?A+If it's in your hands, it's already doing its job.

The Full Take
The Braille Bricks toolkit isn't a traditional LEGO® set and it doesn't pretend to be. It's a purpose-built educational tool that uses the stud grid to map Braille characters, letting kids learn to read tactile text through the language they already know. The concept is elegant in a way that feels obvious in hindsight — dots on bricks, dots in Braille — and it works. At 40 pieces it's not going to impress anyone looking for a build, but that's not the point. This was developed in collaboration with accessibility organizations and distributed through educational channels, which means it reached kids who actually needed it. The A+ overall score isn't about play or shelf presence — it's about a set that does exactly what it set out to do, and does it well.
