A peacock sounds like a slam dunk for a Creator 3-in-1 — vivid colors, dramatic tail, instantly recognizable silhouette. The finished model doesn't deliver any of that, and twenty bucks for something this underwhelming stings.

The Full Take
The peacock is one of nature's showiest birds, so there's real potential here — a Creator set built around one should pop on a shelf and feel satisfying to put together. This one manages to look flat despite the theme, with a tail that reads as an afterthought rather than the centerpiece. Three hundred fifty-five pieces at twenty dollars isn't a deal when the output doesn't justify the spend. The alternate builds — a peacock spider and a scarab beetle — are more interesting than the hero model, which is a weird problem to have. Creator 3-in-1 sets live or die on whether the primary build is worth displaying, and this one would be easy to walk past. The D+ overall score isn't harsh; it's just where the set lands when the concept outpaces the execution by this much.
