Modern House lands in a crowded lane where LEGO® has proven it can do much better. The 939-piece build is fine but not exciting — the kind of set you finish and feel vaguely underwhelmed by. Two minifigs at this price feels sparse, and the modern architecture aesthetic never quite pops the way the Creator Expert houses do. It's not broken, just overpriced for what it delivers. The 3-in-1 gimmick adds theoretical replay value, but in practice most builders pick one and stick with it. At $99.99, LEGO® needed this to be a wow — it's a shrug.
