Wild Safari Animals lands in that frustrating Creator 3-in-1 middle zone — ambitious enough to look interesting in photos, underwhelming enough to disappoint on the shelf. The three-build format is the hook here: a giraffe, a lion, and a baby elephant cycle through the same 780 pieces, which is neat in theory. In practice, none of the three builds hit the level of detail that justifies $65 when LEGO®'s own Icons animal sets do it sharper.
