Nine dollars for a LEGO® set in 2023 — that's not a typo. The Magical Unicorn won't blow anyone's mind, but at this price it barely needs to.
Is the price fair?A+Ten dollars. That's it. That's the blurb.
Will you love it?C-Cute, quick, and cheerful — but not something you'll reach for twice.
Holds its value?C-One of the worst holds in the lineup; don't expect this to move at a premium.
The Full Take
The Magical Unicorn is a Creator 3-in-1 at the absolute floor of what LEGO® sells, and that low bar is its biggest asset. Three builds — unicorn, seahorse, peacock — means kids or casual builders get real variety for under ten bucks. None of the three are showstoppers; the unicorn reads a bit blocky and the alternates are charming but simple. As a shelf piece it's a soft pass — it holds its own but won't anchor a display. Where it clicks is as a no-guilt grab: a birthday gift, a stocking stuffer, an impulse buy that won't sting. Just don't buy it expecting it to appreciate — this one's for enjoying, not banking.
