Adorable Dogs leans hard into the cutesy aesthetic — a golden retriever, pug, and dalmatian that read well from across the room but don't exactly stop guests in their tracks. The build itself is competent without being clever; you're stacking a lot of basic bricks into rounded shapes without many moments that make you pause and appreciate a technique. At $29.99, the price is the loudest problem — the piece count and the relatively simple construction don't justify what LEGO® is asking here. It's a fine set if dogs are your thing and you want something displayable without a massive time investment, but 'fine' is about as far as it goes.
