The Full Take
The Park Street Townhouse pulls off a convincing city block aesthetic without requiring the full modular commitment, and the three-in-one concept gives it more personality than most Creator sets at this tier. The exterior detailing is solid — bay window, rooftop terrace, warm color palette — and it reads well from a distance. But crack open the box expecting depth and the interior spaces feel hollow, more suggested than furnished. Two minifigs for nearly fifty dollars is where Creator sets tend to quietly disappoint, and this one doesn't escape that pattern. The build itself is competent without being memorable — no standout technique, no sequence that makes you pause. It lands in that comfortable middle ground: not a set you'll regret, but not one you'll evangelize either. A C is about right.
