Three builds in one box — a seaplane, a boat, a beach scene — means the box gets opened, rebuilt, and opened again. The build itself is competent Creator fare: nothing jaw-dropping, but the techniques are solid and the color palette feels cohesive. At $34.99 it was one of the better-priced sets on the shelf that year, which explains why it moved and why it won't move much on the secondary market today. Shelf presence is modest — this reads more like a coffee table conversation piece than a display anchor. Buy it for the build experience, not for what it might be worth someday.
