A police water scooter that fits in your palm — this polybag does exactly what it promises and nothing more, which at $5-ish is the whole point.
The parts alone are worth about 107% of the street price — the basis for this B- price read.
BargainThe parts alone are worth more than you pay — $3 of parts for $3.
Polybags live and die by their focus, and this one keeps it tight: one cop, one scooter, one clean little scene. The build itself is short and sweet — 29 pieces means you're done in ten minutes, but the result reads as a complete object rather than a fragment. It's not a showstopper, but it's not trying to be. City polybags like this tend to land as checkout-lane pickups or stocking stuffers, and that's a respectable lane to occupy. The B- overall says it does its job without doing much extra — a fair summary of a set that knows its place.
