Santa stuck halfway down a chimney is exactly the kind of absurd seasonal gag LEGO® does well in a polybag — small, cheap, and it earns a smile on a mantle without asking much of you.
Is the price fair?APolybag pricing means you're paying a small premium for the convenience format — fair enough for what it is.
Will you love it?B-Cute seasonal gag that earns a smile, but there's not much past that first impression.
Holds its value?C-Polybags can surprise on resale, but this one is too recent and too plentiful to count on anything.

The Full Take
Sixty pieces and zero minifigs sounds thin, but this polybag is doing something specific: it's a seasonal gag prop, not a playset. Santa wedged mid-chimney with a sack of gifts is a legitimately funny little vignette that works on a holiday shelf without competing for space. The build is brief and uncomplicated, which is exactly right for something you grab at checkout in December. The C+ on price reflects that polybag math rarely favors the buyer, but the premise is charming enough to soften the sting. It won't headline anyone's collection, but as a stocking-stuffer-sized impulse buy it lands its one joke cleanly.
