The Mini Thunder Raider is the kind of polybag that exists to fill a checkout lane, not a shelf. Sixty-nine pieces gets you a shrunken vehicle with nothing to pilot it — no minifig, no character, no story. The build wraps up in under fifteen minutes and leaves you with a display piece that looks exactly as miniature as it sounds. Ninjago has earned serious collector loyalty over the years, and this set doesn't tap into any of that energy. It's a D for a reason: it's not broken, it's just close to pointless.
