The Full Take
The Kids' Playground is about as close to filler as LEGO® City gets. Two minifigs and a small climbing frame is a fine concept, but 51 pieces leaves the scene feeling sparse rather than charming. There's a slide, a little greenery, a bench — the bones of a park but none of the soul. At its price point it's not quite a deal and not quite a rip-off, just a shrug. Kids will be done with it in minutes, and display collectors won't give it a second glance. Polybags in this theme have landed harder at half the footprint. Hard to make a case for this one unless you're completing a City layout and need filler greenspace.
