The build takes maybe fifteen minutes and leaves you with something shelf-adjacent at best, drawer-destined at worst. The F overall score is almost entirely a pricing problem; if this showed up in a gift-with-purchase bag, the conversation would be totally different. As a standalone buy it asks too much for too little presence and zero minifig life.
