The Full Take
Ninja Workout is a Ninjago polybag that exists mostly to fill a checkout lane, not a shelf or a storage bin worth caring about. The build is over before you've settled in — a treadmill and a couple of accessories assembled in minutes, with nothing clever or surprising along the way. One minifig is fine, but a lone ninja doing cardio isn't exactly a scene. Display collectors will find it too sparse to anchor anything, and kids will exhaust the play value in an afternoon. The D overall isn't harsh — it's just accurate. The only thing keeping this from total irrelevance is that small polybags sometimes inch up in value post-retirement, and this one has quietly done that. Still, appreciation alone can't rescue a set this thin.
