A Ninjago mech polybag sounds like a safe impulse buy, but Sam-X barely registers as a build. Fifty-six pieces with no minifig means the box is just a small robot that takes maybe five minutes to assemble and not much longer to forget. The mech shape is passable but adds nothing to a shelf or a collection — there's no anchor figure, no scene, no story. Build length grades out near the bottom, and that's the core issue: it's done before you settle in. The slight appreciation in resale is the one note in its favor, but that's a thin reason to seek this out. Polybags have a ceiling, and Sam-X bumps it hard.
