The LEGO® Ninjago Movie line had some genuinely great entries, and then there was the Ice Tank polybag. Seventy-one pieces, zero minifigs, and a build experience measured in minutes rather than memories. Without a character to anchor it, the little tank just sits there with nothing to say. The D overall is hard to argue against — there's no display hook, no play story, no builder challenge. Polybags like this work when they punch above their weight on at least one axis; this one doesn't find its lane. The lone silver lining is a modest appreciation trend, which is almost more embarrassing than encouraging for a set this thin.
