The Race Boat is the kind of polybag that exists to fill a checkout display and not much else. Thirty-four pieces assemble in minutes, and the build experience is over before you've settled into it. The boat itself is fine — recognizable, City-appropriate — but there's no clever technique, no standout detail, nothing that makes you pause mid-build. One minifig rounds it out, which is the right call for the scale. A D+ isn't a disaster, it's just a set that doesn't try very hard and succeeds at exactly that. Pick it up if it's free with a purchase; don't go hunting for it.
