Sky Police Jetpack earns points for one thing: two minifigs packed into a polybag is genuinely uncommon, and the Sky Police officer plus crook duo has some charm. The build itself, though, is almost ceremonial — a jetpack and a small accessory cluster that you're done constructing before you've settled into your chair. At 33 pieces, there's no arc to the experience, no moment where a technique surprises you. The shelf presence is thin; this isn't a set that commands a display, it's a set that hides behind one. Resale potential is essentially flat, which is the expected ceiling for a City polybag with no specialty parts. If it came bundled with a purchase, enjoy the minifigs and move on. As a standalone buy, the C- is doing real work.
