The Fire ATV is the kind of set that fills a checkout-lane display and not much else. Thirty-nine pieces gets you a vehicle that's more suggestion than machine — the proportions feel rushed and the build wraps up before it really begins. The included fire fighter minifig is fine, but one figure and a micro ATV don't add up to much shelf presence or play value. City polybags live and die by their charm-to-size ratio, and this one just doesn't land the charm. For a kid it might survive ten minutes before disappearing under a couch cushion. There are better City polybags worth hunting — this one is a skip.
