Polybags like this one exist to fill the impulse-buy rack near the register, and Road Worker does that job without embarrassing itself. The minifig is solid — high-vis vest, printed torso, the kind of everyday worker fig that quietly rounds out a City layout. But 58 pieces of road signage and traffic cones isn't a build so much as a five-minute assembly. There's no clever technique here, no standout part, nothing you'd point to and say 'that's why I grabbed it.' At $3.99 it's nearly impossible to call it a bad buy — the price is so low the math on disappointment barely works. Just don't expect it to anchor anything on a shelf or hold a kid's attention past the weekend. A fine add-on, a forgettable standalone.
