Road Worker is the kind of City polybag that exists to fill a checkout lane, and it does that job without embarrassment. The build is a quick micro-scene — some barriers, a cart, a worker minifig — nothing that'll surprise you but nothing broken either. The B on love says it clicks for what it is: a tidy little City moment that younger fans can zip through in ten minutes and actually play with. Where it stumbles is the sticker on the front — $3.99 for 58 pieces in 2018 was already pushing it for a polybag, and that D on price reflects a real miscalculation. The minifig is standard City, the scene is disposable, and the whole thing lives and dies on whether you find it marked down at a register somewhere.
