The Full Take
Window Exploration is a Serious Play facilitator kit, not a set you crack open on a Saturday afternoon — it's built to run LEGO®-based workshops, and that context changes everything about how you evaluate it. The 5,500-piece, 100-minifig bundle is a professional tool, priced at $485 for what amounts to a fully stocked facilitation library. For that specific use case, it's a steal; the per-set economics make sense the moment you picture a room of 20 adults building metaphors out of bricks. The love grade lands at a B because casual fans have almost no reason to touch this — there's no display centerpiece, no satisfying single build, just a mountain of assorted parts in a bag. But the minifig count alone is extraordinary, and parts-hoarders who love raw creative inventory will find something to obsess over. The B on value retention reflects a niche secondary market that exists but stays quiet — this isn't a set that trends on resale forums, yet it's also rarely found cheap. A set that defies every normal grading axis and still pulls an A says something about how well it serves its actual purpose.
