The Full Take
City World Builder Parts is exactly what the name implies: a bag of 66 pieces with no minifigs, no structure, and no story. LEGO® is charging set prices for what amounts to a bulk parts supplement, and the math doesn't work in your favor. There's no display presence, no build experience worth calling one, and nothing a kid is going to tear open on a Saturday morning with any excitement. The City theme has genuine gems — this is not one of them. If you need specific parts, BrickLink exists. This set doesn't.
