The Full Take
The submarine shape is charming enough for what it is, but 'what it is' runs out of road in minutes. Thirty-one pieces means the build is over before you've settled in, and there's nothing technically interesting to salvage from the experience. No minifig, no display anchor, no play feature worth returning to. Creator 3-in-1 small sets can punch above their size when the design is clever — this one coasts. The score lands at a D, and it's hard to argue for a grade higher than that on any lens.
