Wind Energy is one of those sets that exists more as a product filler than a genuine LEGO® experience. Thirty-eight pieces assemble in minutes, leaving almost nothing behind — no display moment, no memorable build, no play hook. The windmill concept has potential, but this execution is too skeletal to deliver on it. Even for the theme, Creator has done far better with far more. The best thing here might literally be the parts themselves, which is a rough thing to say about a finished set. Skip it unless you're hunting a specific brick.
