143 pieces for $54.99 is a tough sell no matter how much you love Spidey — this set asks premium money for a treehouse that wouldn't impress a five-year-old.
Is the price fair?FFifty-five dollars for 143 pieces is a hard no — this is a $25 set wearing a $55 price tag.
Will you love it?CPlayable enough for young Marvel fans, but nothing here will make anyone feel like they got something special.
Holds its value?C-Don't expect the secondary market to bail you out — this one's forgettable, and forgettable sets sit.

The Full Take
The Marvel name carries a lot of weight, but it can't carry this price tag. At $54.99 for 143 pieces, the Raptor Battle at Tree House HQ lands as one of 2025's harder-to-justify purchases. The treehouse itself is serviceable — colorful enough, kid-friendly proportions — but there's nothing here that suggests the designers were working with much budget or ambition. Two minifigs (Spidey and Gobby) is fine for a small set, but this isn't a small-set price. The raptor angle feels tacked on, a random creature drop into a superhero set that doesn't quite cohere. Parents will buy it because their kid saw Spidey on the box; builders will feel the thinness the moment they open the bags. A C- overall says it all: not broken, just not worth it.
