Three houses in one Duplo set is a wild promise, and it delivers — swap out the layout as kids grow and the play patterns shift. For a $79.99 DUPLO buy, that kind of longevity is rare.
Is the price fair?BFair for a DUPLO flagship, not a bargain — B feels right when the play concept does some heavy lifting.
Will you love it?A-The 3-in-1 format turns a single set into months of different configurations — kids won't outgrow it fast.

The Full Take
Three buildable configurations from one box is a genuinely clever move for DUPLO, where sets usually live and die by a single layout. The 3-in-1 format means the house can match where a kid actually is — starter home one week, something bigger the next. Four figures give the family storytelling enough cast to work with, and the modern aesthetic keeps it feeling fresh rather than generic. At $79.99 it sits in a reasonable range for what DUPLO flagship sets cost these days, even if it's not a screaming deal. The build itself won't challenge anyone over five, but that's the point — this is a toddler sandbox, not a Creator Expert project. What makes it land is the replay factor: most DUPLO sets get rebuilt once, this one invites more. An A- overall feels right because the concept earns it, even if the price leaves a little room to want more.
