Pirates of the Caribbean hasn't had a proper LEGO® flagship in years, so Captain Jack Sparrow's Pirate Ship landing in the Icons line is a bigger deal than the box alone suggests. Nine minifigs is a strong crew for a ship this scale, and the piece count gives you a build that should take up a solid weekend. The B- overall reflects a set that gets a lot right but asks a premium price for the privilege — that C- on price stings a little when you're standing at the register. Display-wise this should anchor a shelf with real weight; tall masts and a sprawling hull tend to command a room. The hold grade sitting at a B is a quiet nod to Pirates nostalgia being a durable force in the secondary market.
