The Full Take
The Enterprise-D is one of the most iconic silhouettes in science fiction, and LEGO® has rendered it with enough fidelity that TNG fans are going to feel something the moment they see it on a shelf. The saucer section's curves are the real test of any build at this scale, and from what's here LEGO® put in real work to get the proportions honest. Nine minifigs is a generous crew roster — Picard, Data, Troi, and the gang showing up in brick form is half the appeal. At $400 for 3600 pieces it's not cheap, but this is a licensed Icons-tier flagship, and the price lands fair for what you're getting. The display presence is strong enough that this earns a permanent spot on the shelf rather than a rotation. It's not flawless — the underside detail and nacelle accuracy will be where critics poke — but the overall package is a genuine tribute to the ship.
