The Full Take
The Fab 5 Loft is one of those sets where the subject matter does a lot of heavy lifting, but the execution backs it up. Seven character-accurate minifigs is a rare flex, and LEGO® leaned into the details — the loft interior has enough personality to feel like a real set location rather than a generic room build. At $99.99 for 974 pieces, the pricing sits right where it should for an Icons set of this size and cultural weight. The build itself won't blow a seasoned builder's mind, but it's a satisfying afternoon that rewards fans of the show at every step. Secondary market performance has been solid as retired sets in this line tend to hold, which gives it a little extra insurance beyond pure fandom. Whether you watched every season or just appreciate a well-made licensed set, this one delivers on its promise.
