The Bird of Paradise is LEGO®'s bet that a single exotic flower can justify a $100 price tag, and it doesn't quite land. The build is pleasant enough — layered petals, some clever shaping — but the finished model sits awkward on a shelf, neither dramatic enough to stop a room nor detailed enough to impress up close. Botanical collectors who already own the Orchid or Succulents will feel the diminishing returns hard here. The piece count is mid for the price, and there's no minifig, no secondary model, nothing to sweeten the deal. It's not a bad set, just an overpriced one in a theme that's already spoiled us with better entries. The secondary market gives it a C hold, which means you're not losing everything — but you're not winning either.
