The Police Station is the kind of modular that looks great in a lineup but stings at $200 — the build is rich, the street presence is real, and the price tag is the only thing that doesn't hold up.
Is the price fair?D$200 for this level of modular detail is a tough sell — the set is good, the price is not.
Will you love it?BRich interior storytelling and strong street presence make this one of the more satisfying modulars to actually live with.
Holds its value?C+Holds steady but doesn't climb — this one's for builders, not flippers.

The Full Take
Few modulars nail the lived-in civic character of a working police station like this one — the holding cells, detective office, and rooftop details make it feel like a slice of a real city block. The build rewards patience, layering facade detail and interior storytelling in ways that keep 2,900+ pieces from ever feeling like a slog. It sits tall and confident on a shelf next to any other modular in the lineup. The problem is the price: $200 was steep at launch for what you get relative to other sets in the Icons tier, and secondary market prices haven't pushed far enough past MSRP to make it a compelling hold. That said, if you're completing a modular city display, the gap on your shelf is more painful than the gap in your wallet. Collectors who build it will find a lot to love; buyers hunting a deal or a flip will find this one harder to justify.
