The Creator Expert Carousel has one of the longest, most satisfying build runs LEGO® has put into a set at this price point — 9.5 out of 10 on the build experience is a rare number. The mechanics behind the spinning platform and the rising horses are genuinely clever, the kind of thing that makes you stop and stare at what you just assembled. Display-wise it reads as a showpiece: tall, colorful, lit up with period detail that earns shelf space next to the Ferris Wheel or the Fairground Mixer. The minifig count is light for the size and the accessories feel sparse, so if you're expecting a full fairground scene in the box you'll feel the gap.
