The Brick Drop · Design teardown & keep/cut board

What stays, what goes

You nailed the diagnosis: the June Brand Revamp bolted a heavy layer onto the app instead of resetting it — and every pass since stacked on top. So let's strip it to parts. Go through each element, mark your call, and we'll rebuild one coherent design from what survives — then drop the Drop Score engine into it.

The problem, named

Nothing here is a clean-sheet design — each layer was bolted onto the last. The calculator became an app; the app got a discovery layer; the revamp piled on navigation; the reversal tried to rip it back off. That's why it feels busy in some places and half-finished in others. This board separates the accretion into individual decisions so you can keep the good bones and cut the barnacles.

1Mark every item — Keep, Rethink, or Cut. Add a note on why if you want.
2Hit "Copy my calls" in the bottom bar. Your choices auto-save as you go.
3Paste it back to me. I'll turn what survives into one coherent spec.
◆ Big-picture feedback

Zoom out from the individual calls for a second. In your own words — what's working about the whole thing, and what isn't? This lands at the very top of what you send me, so it frames every decision below it. Auto-saves as you type.
